Important information about using this website and interacting with The Ninth Arc contracts.
Onchain transactions
Wallet transactions are submitted to Arc and are generally irreversible once confirmed. Review the contract address, amount, network, and wallet prompt before approving a transaction.
Mint and artwork assignment
A confirmed mint creates the token before its artwork is assigned. Assignment is randomized and completed in a later onchain transaction. A buyer cannot inspect the assigned artwork before deciding whether to complete the mint transaction.
Marketplace activity
Listings, offers, purchases, creator fees, and platform fees may be handled by third parties such as OpenSea. Third-party terms and availability also apply. Creator-fee payment can depend on the marketplace and sale method.
Holder rewards
Holder rewards are not active until the collection’s mint and reward weights are finalized. Any displayed allocation is governed by the deployed contracts and current onchain state. Rewards are not guaranteed income or investment returns.
Availability and risk
Blockchain networks, wallets, marketplaces, gateways, and metadata services can be delayed or unavailable. NFT images may take time to appear in third-party wallets even when ownership and metadata are correct onchain.
